Many of us (ICECReamers) are always looking for opportunities overseas to do some collaborative work, post-docs, and so on. You are all welcome to visit my country to participate in a new (and huge) research program named “Science without borders”!
The Brazilian government is promoting the collaboration of Brazilians and the international community with the science without borders program. One of the major goals is to encourage young talents working abroad and with very good achievements to come to Brazil to work on strategic problems of science, technology and innovation. These young researchers can receive a post-doctoral funding and resources to do two to three years of post-doctoral work in Brazil. You can find more information about this opportunity at http://www.cienciasemfronteiras.gov.br/web/csf-eng/opportunities-for-individuals-from-abroad.
You might find this program interesting for you or for your colleagues from your country/institution.
If you would like to contribute, check out the “About” page and send us an email. We’d love to hear from you!
